Published in Vermont Vows Spring/Summer 2014

My photo shoot for Vermont Vows just came out in their latest Vermont Vows Spring/Summer 2014 magazine Issue No. 18 for the feature article “Lobster and Lemon!” I am so thrilled to see that so many of my photos were selected for publication and two were chosen to run full-page! What a great day we had at the Basin Harbor Club shooting this–couldn’t have had a more gorgeous setting! [I didn’t post the entire article below–just the pages with my photos and the title page which isn’t mine. You can see the entire article here.

Jen & Scott’s Skinner Barn Wedding Photography in Waitsfield, VT

Jen and Scott had an incredible wedding at The Skinner Barn in Waitsfield, Vermont. The rain held off the entire day and they even got a stunning evening sky. They could not have picked a better venue for their wedding. This rustic red barn setting blended perfectly with their handcrafted details like their woodburned state of Vermont table markers and their flower-filled sap buckets. Their sweet dog, Quigley, even joined in during the ceremony. And nothing could top Scott’s reaction to seeing Jen for the first time (of course Jen nailing Scott in the face with the cake was a close contender). Congratulations Jen and Scott! Thanks for letting me be a part of your amazing day!

Jane and Rupert’s Vermont Wedding Photography

Jane and Rupert had the most stunning destination wedding at the Colonel Williams Inn in Marlboro, VT, on August 24th 2013. This Manhattan-based couple had friends and family come from far and wide to see them unite, especially Rupert’s side who traveled from the United Kingdom. Jane could not have looked more gorgeous and Rupert’s reaction to seeing her for the first time walking down the aisle said it all. Congratulations Jane and Rupert, thanks for letting me be a part of your beautiful day!

Love Stories: Tia & Dan’s DIY Vermont Campground Wedding

Down a bumpy dirt road, far away from cell service, is an oasis of rural Vermont beauty called Oregon Brook Road Camping. This rustic campground setting in Sheffield, VT, was the perfect destination wedding location for Tia Polex and Daniel O’Neill. The natural, serene setting was also where this Massachusetts-based couple got engaged, making it extra special.

It was such a thrill to capture their laid back, campground wedding complete with pizza, pie, a rustic cabin and DIY details like handcrafted signs and a thick bouquet of daisies. Tia wore a bohemian gown and a daisy chain crown while Daniel had on a casual short-sleeved summer button-down. We did a group shot with all 45 guests and then Tia, Dan and I walked down to a beautiful grassy field to take some portraits of just the two of them.
