My 7-week-old baby girl, Remy Sheehan, dressed as Baby Bjork for her first halloween, sporting Bjork’s famous swan dress. Her grandmother, Sue Cutillo, created this handmade costume.

Ann and Penny had the most beautiful fall wedding on October 6th at The Saint John’s Club in Burlington, VT, making it even more special because it was also their 22nd anniversary. Their Officiant, Rev. M Moretti, did an incredible job telling their love story of how they met leaf peeping and they had a fabulous fall foliage cake commemorating those fall leaves that brought them together. 
One month ago today we welcomed our baby girl, Remy Olema Sheehan, into the world. Between smiles and sleep these days are passing so fast…

Sunflower Field
Sunflowers have always been a theme in my life. When I was a teenager I used to plant a garden of just giant sunflowers. I’ll have to dig up those pictures. And when Ross and I got married we used sunflowers as our wedding theme: I had a huge bouquet of wild sunflowers, my bridesmaids each carried a sunflower staff, our cupcake cake was individual sunflower heads and the list goes on. Now with our daughter’s due date just 2 weeks away, it seems so fitting to see this field of sunflowers pop up in Charlotte, VT. I know by the time she arrives they will likely be passed, but right now they seem like a red carpet being rolled out for her arrival.
