What an honor it was to photograph Fathima and Arshik’s Nikah at the Sunset Ballroom in South Burlington, VT, Comfort Suites. Fathima and Arshik looked  stunning and the golden evening light created the most magical ambience. The flower centerpieces and decor that Fathima chose overwhelmed my creative excitement and I really could not stop shooting. This was an evening overflowing with so much love and just pure beauty. Thank you so much Fathima and Arshik for having me capture your Nikah! It was such an amazing night!

I’m so thrilled that Equally Wed published Lisa and Katy’s wedding photos from their Vermont elopement at Basin Harbor Club in Vergennes, VT.  Basin Harbor puts on the most beautiful elopements with so many options for ceremony locations. Not only did Lisa and Katy get the most incredible burst of evening light that shone down over their ceremony, but there was a truly magical force over their entire elopement that began when they found a handful of symbolic dimes. Laura + Patrick’s Lake Champlain Wedding Photography at the Basin Harbor Club

Laura and Patrick’s wedding day weather was filled with unpredictable downpours. I love how thunderstorms are both exciting and cozy. It changed their plans for an outdoor ceremony, but it created the perfect lighting for photos once the rain died down. The bride could not have been more beautiful and their ceremony could not have been more special, much because Laura’s father married them. I had a fantastic time arranging some creative photos of their large wedding party. And the way they wrapped up their night certainly sparked a photographic flame in me. I’ve seen sparklers at weddings, but they created a huge sparkler tunnel that the couple walked through. It was absolutely stunning and quite a sendoff. Congratulations, Laura and Patrick, I loved capturing your day!
