Stephani & Michael’s Lareau Farm Inn Wedding at American Flatbread in Waitsfield, Vermont

Earlier this month, Stephani and Michael celebrated their one-year anniversary. Their wedding at Lareau Farm Inn in Waitsfield was incredible. Looking back at these photos, I remember what a beautiful fall wedding they had, complete with pumpkins, fall floral designs and an outstanding bridal party champagne spray. Their guests ate American Flatbread pizza and drank beer around the fire pit. Stephani and Michael chose my photography and video combo package, which meant we captured every special moment from their day. Afterwards, I produced and edited two films for them, using footage captured by Shawn Cimonetti. All the photos below were shot by Cat, but Andrea DiMedio did a fantastic job as the second photographer. Check out their wedding photos and films below!

Stephani & Michael’s Fall Engagement in Vermont

I haven’t seen Stephani and Michael since their brisk fall engagement shoot last October when we traveled from Leddy Park in Burlington to Shelburne Orchards and the view near Shelburne Museum. What a colorful fall day we had. And the wind really brought flight to Stephani’s mermaid hair!  I am so excited to see them again tomorrow to capture their wedding day at Lareau Farm Inn in Waitsfield!

Sarah and Matt’s Lareau Farm Inn Wedding in Vermont

Last summer I got to photograph Sarah and Matt’s microwedding at Lareau Farm Inn in Waitsfield, Vermont, where dogs comprised half of their guest list–seven human guests and five dogs to be exact. And on July 10th, 2021, I had the greatest pleasure of getting to continue capturing their wedding journey when their closest friends and family were finally able to gather together at Lareau Farm Inn for their first year anniversary party celebration. The silver lining of COVID-19 is that I got to hang out with this fantastic couple twice!

Caitlin + Chris’ Wedding at Lareau Farm Inn

Lareau Farm Inn has always held a special place in Caitlin and Chris’ hearts. They hail from Massachusetts but the Waitsfield destination has always been a second home. It was where they took their first get-away together in 2005 and they’ve gone there multiple times a year ever since, bringing along their two children and watching them grow up more with each visit. So it was only fitting that when they decided to invite their closest family and friends to witness their nuptials, they would choose to do it there along with their kids as Maid of Honor and Best Man. Their military wedding was full of delight, gratitude and fun. Congratulations, Caitlin and Chris! Thanks for having me document your beautiful day!

Taylor + Andrew’s Lareau Farm Bohemian Dream Wedding

Taylor and Andrew’s wedding at Lareau Farm Inn was a spectacular bohemian dream bursting with such sultry chic style. Every detail inspired me from their exotic umbrella cabana lawn lounge complete with floor pillows to their handwoven summer of love sign, their giant feather plumes with flowers decorating their wedding arch, their handmade wooden cutting board centerpieces made by the groom himself to their boho flags flying high on rafters interwoven with twinkle lights. From white birdcage decor to southwestern cow skull to bowls of colorful paper folding fans, I found color and handmade details everywhere. I loved taking photos of Taylor twirling in the golden light. She was such a free-spirited bride and the entire day was such a dream for this free-spirited photojournalist. We played around with the hay bails and Andrew even launched himself off of one. It was so sweet watching the father-daughter first look between Taylor and her dad. What an awesome, dream-escape it was! I was so captivated and inspired by all that you created and the incredible love surrounding you both. Taylor and Andrew, thank you so much for choosing me to capture it for you!
